Sunbit Single Message Program Terms and Conditions

By opting-in to the Sunbit Single Messaging Program (as defined below), you agree to
these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and Sunbit’s Privacy Policy.

Program Description: We will send a single text message to you with a unique
application code (the “Program”). You are not required to consent to this text as a
condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from us.

How to Opt-In: You may opt-in to the Program by entering your number into the “Enter
Phone Number” screen and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions by clicking the
“Agree and Verify” button. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you authorize your
wireless carrier to use or disclose information about your account and your wireless
device, if available, to Sunbit or its service provider for the duration of your business
relationship, solely to help them identify you or your wireless device and to prevent fraud.

How to Opt-Out: Although we will only send you a single text, you may text “STOP” to
786248 to opt-out of receiving future text messages. You may also opt-out by texting
“QUIT,” “END,” “CANCEL,” or “UNSUBSCRIBE.” Once you opt-out, we will send a single
confirmation opt-out and will then cease sending you text messages from 786248 unless
you opt-in again. Opting out of text messages from 786248 will not opt you out of calls you
may have elected or will elect to receive from us.

You may also text “HELP” to 786248 to receive a text message with our name (Sunbit)
and contact information.

Supported Carriers: Not all carriers may support our text message program.
Delivery: We do not guarantee that you will receive any text message under the Program.
Circumstances beyond our control, including network issues, may result in your not
receiving our text message. Neither your carrier nor Sunbit are liable for delayed or
undelivered text messages.

Eligibility: The Program is intended for use by U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of
age.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may revise, modify, or amend these Terms
and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take
effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions
periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

Program Termination: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or
permanently, all or any part of the Program, with or without notice.
