Hollywood Feed Credit Card Program Rewards Terms and Conditions
As a Hollywood Feed Credit Card (“Card”) holder (“Cardholder” or “you”) with a Card issued by Transportation Alliance Bank, Inc., dba TAB Bank, in the first year from the date you accept your Card, you are eligible to earn a five percent (5%) Hollywood Feed Program Rewards Bonus (“Rewards” or “Rewards Program”) on each purchase you make using your Card, subject to these Hollywood Feed Credit Card Program Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) that supplement your Hollywood Feed Cardmember Agreement. After the first year, you are eligible to earn five percent (5%) Rewards on each purchase you make using your Card at Hollywood Feed, LLC (“Hollywood Feed”), and 3 percent (3%) Rewards on each purchase you make using your Card elsewhere, subject to these Terms. Rewards are redeemable only in the Sunbit mobile application and only as a statement credit applied to a posted Hollywood Feed purchase to which no prior credit has been applied. Unless otherwise limited by applicable law, rewards expire one year after the associated purchase date as reflected on your Hollywood Feed Cardmember Account statement or as otherwise provided in these Terms. These Terms are subject to your Hollywood Feed Cardmember Agreement, including its Arbitration Provision. By using your Card, you agree and understand that TAB Bank and its agent Sunbit Now LLC (“Sunbit”) (collectively, “we,” “us,” “our”) may share information about your Card purchases with Hollywood Feed. To be eligible to earn Rewards using your Card, your Card account must not be cancelled, past due or in default at any time between the time of an eligible purchase and the time of Rewards fulfillment. To redeem Rewards, you must have a Sunbit mobile application account in good standing. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right, in our discretion, to revise these Terms at any time without notice (including by changing how much you need to spend to earn Rewards or the Rewards percentage) and/or to suspend/terminate the ability to earn Rewards using the Card.
Purchases Eligible to Earn Rewards
Purchases eligible to earn Rewards are purchases for personal, family, or household use, minus returns, refunds, reversals, and any other credits you may receive. No other type of transaction is eligible to earn Rewards (e.g., interest is not eligible). Sometimes a Card may be charged on a date after you make a purchase, and as a result the purchase may not post to your Card account until after the merchant has charged your card.
Calculation and Posting of Rewards
Within 30 days following the close of each billing cycle, we will post your Rewards amount to the Sunbit mobile application. In the first year from the date you accept your Card, your Rewards amount for each billing cycle is calculated on the sum of all eligible purchases that posted during that billing cycle (excluding interest, fees, and other non-purchase transactions), minus the sum of any returns, refunds, reversals or credits, multiplied by 0.05. After the first year, your Rewards amount for each billing cycle is calculated on the sum of all eligible Hollywood Feed purchases that posted during that billing cycle (excluding interest, fees, and other non-purchase transactions), minus the sum of any Hollywood Feed returns, refunds, reversals or credits, multiplied by 0.05, or otherwise multiplied by 0.03 for non-Hollywood Feed purchases. We may reduce your Rewards amount in later billing cycles if there are returns, reversals, refunds or other credits from a prior billing cycle for which you previously received Rewards.
Reversals/Forfeiting Rewards
If we determine that you have engaged in or intend to engage in any manner of abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with earning Rewards using your Card, we will have no obligation to post and may reverse the posting of Rewards previously posted as redeemable in your Sunbit mobile application. We also reserve the right to reverse or cancel the posting of Rewards (or offset against future spend/Rewards) in the event all or part of an eligible purchase is reversed, or if you fail to make your Minimum Payment Date for the billing period in which such purchase was made if we have already posted the associated Rewards to your Sunbit mobile application.
Sunbit Mobile Application Account and Redemption
To redeem Rewards you must have a Sunbit mobile application account in good standing. If you do not have access to the Sunbit mobile application, you will not be able to redeem Rewards. To redeem Rewards, you must login to your Sunbit mobile application account and select an available dollar amount of Rewards to apply as a statement credit to eligible purchases. The amount redeemed may not exceed the total amount of posted Hollywood Feed purchases that have not yet had Rewards applied to the transaction.
