The Challenge

Shiekh Shoes, a premier retailer of footwear and apparel, sought to drive more store visits, increase transaction sizes, and build brand loyalty while maintaining exceptional customer service. With a young, diverse, tech-savvy customer base, a traditional retail card didn’t fit their needs.
