During the toughest months of CV19, Kia Motors America provided a 0% interest for 3 months financing option for parts and service across more than 400 Kia dealers.

Every Kia customer (500 FICO and above) in participating dealerships had the option to split their repair into 3 monthly payments with no interest. On average, more than 32% of Kia customers selected the interest-free option, keeping customers in the dealership.

Through CV19, Kia experienced a minor decline in overall revenue with Sunbit and was the first OEM to bounce back to a normal level of performance with Sunbit.
