The Role:

We are looking for a National Key Account Manager (N-KAM) to join Sunbit’s Dental Vertical working with Dental Service Organizations (DSO’s). The N-KAM would be responsible for creating strategic initiatives that drive growth within their assigned Enterprise Partners. They will need to be able to cultivate relationships within various hierarchies of their partners, including: the C-Suite, Regional Managers and Office Managers. This individual will demonstrate Sales Leadership and possess a strong business acumen. Additionally, the N-KAM will work with their internal team members to efficiently and effectively execute on the various initiatives created.  

This role is focused on integrating the Sunbit Platform within new partners as well as driving growth with existing partners. Travel is 50%-75% of the time.

Requirements

What You'll Own:

  • Develop a comprehensive, strategic and measurable business plan for each DSO partner.
  • Execute and measure the progress of the business plan ensuring assigned targets are met.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations to C-Suite DSO executives, driving change within their organization.
  • Collaborate with the assigned Key Account Managers and Training Manager to grow account performance.
  • Manage and track all account activity in Salesforce.
  • Provide critical feedback (partner needs, market perceptions, industry trends, etc.) to Sunbit management and internal teams.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent training in business or sales management
  • Dental or medical device experience preferred
  • 7+ years of sales experience- DSO Experience Preferred
  • Proven experience and successes in a customer facing role including senior management.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to use data to make recommendations and drive change.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to multi-task and work within a deadline- driven work environment.
  • Effective leadership and executive level relationship building skills.
  • Excellent time management, communication, critical thinking, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Mastery of Microsoft tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and project management skills.
