The Role: 

As the Director of Card Fraud, you will lead the strategic and operational efforts to mitigate card fraud across Sunbit's offerings.


What You’ll Own:

  • Developing and refining our card fraud prevention strategies to align with industry benchmarks.
  • Leading the fraud operations team and managing key vendor relationships, such as those with Fiserv and Transunion.
  • Continuously assessing our card fraud prevention tactics against industry standards and making necessary adjustments.
  • Spearheading strategic projects such as the development of in-house card transaction scoring system
  • Ownership of the development and implementation of fraud prevention programs.
  • Regular assessment and adjustment of our card fraud prevention strategy based on performance metrics and industry developments.
  • Leadership of strategic projects aimed at enhancing our fraud detection capabilities.

What You Bring To The Table: 

  • 5 years of Fraud experience with at least 3 years of Card Fraud specific experience.
  • Deep knowledge of card fraud prevention strategies and existing solutions in the industry.
  • Proven ability to lead people and build influential relationships across the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing a fraud prevention program at a credit card company or similar financial institution.
  • Desirable: Experience with legacy issuer-processors or experience in Co-Branded card programs.
