The Role:
As the Director of Card Fraud, you will lead the strategic and operational efforts to mitigate card fraud across Sunbit's offerings.
What You’ll Own:
- Developing and refining our card fraud prevention strategies to align with industry benchmarks
- Leading the fraud operations team and managing key vendor relationships, such as those with Fiserv and Transunion
- Continuously assessing our card fraud prevention tactics against industry standards and making necessary adjustments
- Spearheading strategic projects such as the development of in-house card transaction scoring system
- Ownership of the development and implementation of fraud prevention programs
- Regular assessment and adjustment of our card fraud prevention strategy based on performance metrics and industry developments
- Leadership of strategic projects aimed at enhancing our fraud detection capabilities
Requirements
What You Bring To The Table:
- 10+ years of Fraud experience with at least 5 years of Card Fraud specific experience
- Deep knowledge of card fraud prevention strategies and existing solutions in the industry
- Proven ability to lead people and build influential relationships across the organization
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing a fraud prevention program at a credit card company or similar financial institution
- Desirable: Experience with legacy issuer-processors or experience in Co-Branded card programs

How We Pay:
- We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership.
- We are targeting a salary of $200,000 - $225,000 per year for this role
- This role will also be granted company equity via stock options
