The Role: 

We are seeking a System Administrator I to join our IT team, and be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and support of our IT infrastructure, LAHQ office, and end users. This role will help manage daily operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and administrate alongside other IT admins.

Requirements

What You'll Own:

  • Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users regarding software, hardware, network issues, and more
  • Assist with MDM administration and deployments (Intune, Kandji)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve when possible
  • Provision employee accounts, permissions, and equipment
  • Manage and execute IT projects
  • Create new and maintain existing IT documentation for internal and end user use
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of various products and procedures
  • Participate in an on-call support rotation with other IT staff
  • Make recommendations and strategic decisions on overall IT infrastructure


What You Bring To The Table: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of IT administration experience
  • Experience with Windows, MacOS, and iOS
  • Basic scripting and automation (Powershell, Bash)
  • Experience with MDM and IAM administration
  • Ability to learn and document processes of applications that you might not be familiar with
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to multitask and project manage
  • Ability to gauge issue impact and prioritize


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with fundamental networking
  • Knowledge in network Infrastructure including SSO, VPN, switches, printers
  • Experience with Intune, Kandji, Office 365, Entra, G-Suite, Jira and Okta
  • Experience with popular software packages such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, Chrome, Salesforce, etc.

How We Pay:

  • We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership.
  • We are targeting a base salary of $67,000-75,000 per year for this role
  • This role will also be granted company equity via stock options
