The Role:

The team at Sunbit is looking for a self-motivated and ambitious Partner Support Associate (Technical Support) to join our Las Vegas, Nevada office. Your primary duty will be to answer calls from our valued partners in the retail sector and to support them however possible. Other responsibilities for this role include technical troubleshooting for both software and hardware and answering financing questions. This will be an hourly position that requires schedule flexibility of possible nights and/or weekends.

Please Note: This position is in a Call Center, in office (non-remote) environment

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Technical troubleshooting for both software and hardware
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to our valued Partners
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Builds partner and business knowledge to provide best in class service
  • Demonstrates ownership of every partner interaction to achieve successful resolution on all inquiries
  • App support, integration support, and technical support pertaining to the Sunbit loan process for our customers.
  • Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance
  • Ensure that our Retail Partner’s service issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly
  • Follow up with retail partners as needed
  • Maintain our Call Center database by entering information
  • Determine call center requirements by working with our retail partners
  • Manage escalated calls with courtesy and professionalism

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Friendly and helpful phone demeanor
  • Call Center experience (both B2B and B2C experience is a plus)
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong typing and computer skills
