Application Sharing and Credit Report Authorization

You authorize and direct Transportation Alliance Bank, Inc. (“TAB Bank”) and
Sunbit, Inc. (“Sunbit”) to obtain one or more credit reports and related information
about you (“Credit Reports”) from one or more credit reporting agencies and use
such Credit Reports to determine any credit card or other credit offer for which
you may qualify. You further authorize TAB Bank and Sunbit to obtain Credit
Reports about you when you apply for any credit offers and, if approved,
periodically while you have a credit card or other credit product.

You authorize TAB Bank and/or Sunbit to use any Credit Reports to, among
other things, market other financial products to you, determine your eligibility for
other products that TAB Bank and/or Sunbit may offer or that you may apply for,
make decisions related to the servicing and collection of your account, measure
how the credit product you obtained from TAB Bank or through Sunbit impacts
your credit, perform other statistical analysis, and share information with you
about your credit profile.

Checking whether you qualify for any credit card or other credit offer and reviewing your options does
not affect your credit, however, if you choose to proceed with any financing
option and sign a loan or credit card agreement between you and TAB Bank, a
hard inquiry will be placed on your credit report by TAB Bank and/or Sunbit.
