Methodology
Dr. Tavel Optical Group reviewed the purchase behavior of customers that used Sunbit technology versus customers that did not use Sunbit (control group) between July 1st and September 15th 2020 and compared both groups to their past purchase behavior before Sunbit was available in their stores.
Findings
Among patients using Sunbit technology, there was a 168% lift in sales when compared to their spend during previous visits. Additionally, after correcting for year-over-year spending changes, patient age, gender, insurance mix, and office-specific effects—patients using Sunbit still spent 123% more than they spent previously.
