Fabletics Reserve Card VIP Membership Program Rewards Terms and Conditions

As a Fabletics Reserve Card (“Card”) holder (“Cardholder” or “you”) with a Card issued by Transportation Alliance Bank, Inc., dba TAB Bank, you are eligible to earn four (4) Fabletics VIP Membership Program Rewards Points (“Point”) for every $1 USD you spend using your Card at Fabletics.com or a Fabletics retail location located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and one (1) Point for every $1 USD spent elsewhere, subject to these Fabletics Reserve Card VIP Membership Program Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) that supplement your Fabletics Cardmember Agreement. These Terms are subject to your Fabletics Cardmember Agreement, including its Arbitration Provision. By using your Card, you agree and understand that TAB Bank and its agent Sunbit Now LLC (collectively, “we,” “us,” “our”) may share information about your Card purchases with Fabletics, Inc. (“Fabletics”). To be eligible to earn Points using your Card, your Card account must not be cancelled, past due or in default at any time between the time of an eligible purchase and the time of Points fulfillment. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right, in our discretion, to revise these Terms at any time without notice (including by changing how much you need to spend to earn a Point) and/or to suspend/terminate the ability to earn Points using the Card. The Fabletics VIP Membership Program and related offers or benefits are administered by Fabletics and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time, subject to applicable law.

Purchases Eligible to Earn Points
Purchases eligible to earn Points are purchases for personal, family or household use of goods and services, minus returns, refunds, and any other credits you may receive from a merchant. The following types of purchases are not eligible to earn Points using your Card: balance transfers, cash advances, travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers or similar cash-like transactions, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind. Sometimes a Card may be charged on a date after you make a purchase, and as a result the purchase may not post to your Card account until after the merchant has charged your card.

Calculation and Posting of Points

Within 30 days following the close of each billing cycle, we will notify Fabletics of the sum of all purchases that posted during that billing cycle (excluding interest, fees, and other non-purchase transactions), minus the sum of any purchase-related returns or credits. Fabletics calculates the number of Points for which you should be credited in accordance with the terms governing your Rewards Account (defined below) by rounding the dollar amount we report after each billing cycle to the nearest 50 cents and multiplying by 4 for purchases made at Fabletics.com or a Fabletics retail location located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and by rounding the dollar amount we report after each billing cycle to the nearest 50 cents for purchases made elsewhere. We may reduce the result we report to Fabletics if there are returns, refunds or other credits from a prior billing cycle for which you previously received Points. Rewards, Points, and related benefits are subject to transaction posting and processing and may be standard processing delays before being reflected or made available. If you have questions regarding Points, contact Fabletics Customer Service at 1-844-Fabletics (1-844-322-5384) after the applicable billing cycle, and we will review your account in accordance with these Terms.

Reversals/Forfeiting Points
If we determine that you have engaged in or intend to engage in any manner of abuse (for example, fraud, resale, or manipulation), misuse, or gaming in connection with earning Points using your Card, we will have no obligation to post and may reverse the posting of Points previously provided to your Fabletics VIP Membership Program Points Account (“Rewards Account”). We also reserve the right to reverse the posting of Points (or offset against future spend/Points) in the event a merchant reverses all or part of an eligible purchase, or if you fail to make your Minimum Payment Date for the billing period in which such purchase was made if we have already posted the associated Points to your Rewards Account. Any offers and benefits associated with the Card aside from Points may be affected by the same conditions, including returns, reversals, and account status.

Fabletics VIP Membership Program Rewards Account
To earn Points you must have an open Rewards Account and you agree to provide us with accurate Rewards Account information requested (such as your Rewards Account number) so that we can properly credit Points earned using your Card. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed with us directly. We are not responsible for Points after they are credited to your Rewards Account, which is operated by Fabletics. We are also not responsible for the actions of Fabletics on your Rewards Account. The use and redemption of Points are subject to the Fabletics VIP Membership Program terms and conditions (“Rewards Account Terms”), available on your Fabletics VIP Membership account at https://www.fabletics.com/. You should refer to the Rewards Account Terms for any questions you may have about using your Points, Fabletics’ right to change its program terms, inactivity and Points expiration, and any other conditions that may apply to the Fabletics VIP Member Program.

If your Card account is closed, terminated, or no longer eligible to earn Points, you will no longer accrue Points and any Points not yet credited may be forfeited. Any Points already credited to your Rewards Account will be subject to the Loyalty Program Terms, including any expiration or forfeiture provisions. Notwithstanding to foregoing, where required by applicable law, you may be provided with advance notice prior to forfeiture of Points, and such Points may remain available for a limited period as required by law.
