Requirements

What You’ll Own: 

  • Lead the execution of marketing, transactional, and operational communications through email, SMS, and push notification channels.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign execution, from audience segmentation to scheduling, quality assurance, deployment, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather campaign requirements and bring them to life through captivating email strategies.
  • Produce wireframes and develop engaging email content tailored to campaign objectives and audience preferences.
  • Design visually appealing email templates using HTML to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Develop copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills to ensure email content meets quality standards and resonates with our audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email communications with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance. Stay updated on legal, compliance, and regulatory changes and adapt email communications accordingly.


What You Bring To The Table: 

  • 3+ years of demonstrated professional experience in a relevant role with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in email marketing campaign management and HTML for template customization. Familiarity with enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms (such as Iterable, Braze, Hubspot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills with the ability to synthesize campaign results into meaningful insights that drive successful business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working asynchronously and remotely, effectively managing tasks and collaborating with team members across different time zones and locations. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative, distributed environment.
  • Keen interest in other marketing channels in addition to email and a passion for bringing transparency and fairness to the financial services industry are a plus.
  • Technical experience with writing code and/or background in Computer Science is a plus.
