What is the Sunbit Starbucks Gift Card Promotion?
This program offers one person in a dental practice (“Eligible Merchant”) the opportunity to earn a $50 reward by participating in a roughly thirty (30) minute virtual demonstration (“Demonstration”) with Sunbit, Inc. (“Sunbit”) between April 4, 2023 and June 30, 2023, regarding the services Sunbit provides.
What is the reward?
The reward is one $50.00 (USD) electronic gift card (“Gift Card”) to Starbucks. Sunbit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a similar gift card to Starbucks.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to receive the Gift Card.
Who is an Eligible Merchant?
An Eligible Merchant must meet the following criteria:
It must operate a dental practice.
It must be located in the United States.
It must not be a current Sunbit partner.
It must have not completed a Demonstration in the last sixty (60) days.
It must not have been a Sunbit partner within the last twelve (12) months.
It must not have previously had a partner relationship with Sunbit that was terminated by Sunbit.
It must not currently be in negotiations with Sunbit to become a Sunbit partner.
It must have come to Sunbit through the AADOM Hot Deals offer by filling out a lead form using the following URL: https://dental.sunbit.com/bnpl?utm_source=AADOM-Hot-Deals-4-23
Who can receive the reward at the Eligible Merchant?
One person at an Eligible Merchant, who is at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in the state or jurisdiction in which you reside) and a legal resident of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, who has the authority to determine whether to offer Sunbit’s services, must attend a Demonstration with Sunbit between April 4, 2023 and June 30, 2023.
If the person attending the Demonstration has authority over more than one office location that Sunbit’s services may apply to, only one Gift Card will be provided to this person with the Eligible Merchant.
The person who has authority to determine whether to offer Sunbit’s services must fill out the lead form and attend the demonstration. The e-mail that is associated with the lead form will receive the Gift Card, provided that the person meets all of the requirements in these Terms and Conditions.
What limitations are there on the Sunbit rewards program?
The following are limitations on the Starbucks promotion:
You must comply with all applicable laws and rules, including those governing emails, text messages and social media platforms.
You must not misrepresent any aspect of the Sunbit program to others.
Only one person with authority to determine whether to offer Sunbit’s services at an Eligible Merchant is eligible to receive one Gift Card upon completion of a Demonstration.
Sunbit reserves the right to not issue your Gift Card if you use the program in violation of any of these limitations.
How do I get my reward?
A person who meets the requirements of these Terms and Conditions from the Eligible Merchant must participate in a Demonstration with a Sunbit representative.
Upon completion of the Demonstration, Sunbit will send the Gift Card to the e-mail address provided originally in the lead form within four (4) weeks. The Gift Card will be sent via email. You are solely responsible for providing your correct email address on the lead form and any other required information during the rewards process. Sunbit will not be legally responsible for loss or failure of delivery of the Gift Card if the incorrect email address and other required information was not provided. Sunbit has no further obligation once it issues a Gift Card to the email address provided in the lead form.
Sunbit reserves the right to refuse to allow any particular Eligible Merchant to participate in the Sunbit program.
What other rules or restrictions apply?
Sunbit’s rewards program is intended to introduce Sunbit to Eligible Merchants. Misuse of the program may result in cancellation of a Gift Card.
Sunbit may, in its sole discretion, cancel, change, amend, modify, or restrict these Terms and Conditions, the rewards program, Gift Cards, or any other aspect or features of the rewards program, at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason.
Gift Cards are only available for Demonstrations attended between April 4, 2023 and June 30, 2023.
Sunbit has no affiliation, control, or relationship with Starbucks other than providing Gift Cards to Eligible Merchants at Sunbit’s expense. Sunbit shall not be liable for any action, inaction, technical issues or difficulties, or other problems encountered with Starbucks when attempting to access or use the Gift Card.
Sunbit reserves the right to not issue any Gift Card, in its sole discretion, if fraud or a violation of applicable law is suspected, or if it is believed that a person submitted a lead form and did not meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.
This referral program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
THE REWARDS PROGRAM AND THE GIFT CARD ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR COVENANTS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM OR ANY GIFT CARD PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUNBIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF CLAIM OR LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (I) PARTICIPATION IN THE REWARDS PROGRAM, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE REWARDS PROGRAM OR ANY GIFT CARD, EVEN IF SUNBIT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SUNBIT (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE REWARDS PROGRAM OR ANY GIFT CARD EXCEED $50.00.
