What is the Compartes Chocolate Bar Set February 2024 Promotion?
This program offers one person in a dental practice (“Eligible Merchant”) the opportunity to earn a Compartes Chocolate Bar Set (“chocolate” or “chocolate reward”) by participating in a roughly thirty (30) minute virtual demonstration (“Demonstration”) with Sunbit, Inc. (“Sunbit”) between February 1, 2024 and March 7, 2024, regarding the services Sunbit provides.
What is the reward?
The reward is a Compartes Chocolate Bar Set (consisting of four (4) chocolate bars) mailed to the address specified. Sunbit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a similar edible gift.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to receive the Compartes Chocolate Bar Set.
Who is an Eligible Merchant?
An Eligible Merchant must meet the following criteria:

It must operate a dental practice.
It must be located in the United States.
It must not be a current Sunbit partner.
It must have not completed a Demonstration in the last sixty (60) days.
It must not have been a Sunbit partner within the last twelve (12) months.
It must not have previously had a partner relationship with Sunbit that was terminated by Sunbit.
It must not currently be in negotiations with Sunbit to become a Sunbit partner.
It must participate in a 30-minute virtual demonstration, with the camera on.
It must have the decision-making authority on the call.
Who can receive the reward at the Eligible Merchant?
One person at an Eligible Merchant, who is at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in the state or jurisdiction in which you reside), a legal resident of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, and who has the authority to determine whether to offer Sunbit’s services, must attend a virtual Demonstration with Sunbit between February 1, 2024 and March 7, 2024.
If the person attending the Demonstration has authority over more than one office location that Sunbit’s services may apply to, only one Compartes Chocolate Bar Set will be provided to this person with the Eligible Merchant.
The person who has authority to determine whether to offer Sunbit’s services must fill out the lead form and attend the demonstration. Sunbit will send an email to the email address provided on the lead form requesting a shipping address to deliver the reward, provided that the person meets all of the requirements in these Terms and Conditions. If the person does not provide a shipping address within 15 days of receiving the address form email, the reward will be invalidated.
What limitations are there on the Compartes Chocolate Bar Set February 2024 Promotion?
The following are limitations on the Compartes Chocolate Bar Set February 2024 Promotion:
You must comply with all applicable laws and rules, including those governing emails, text messages and social media platforms.
You must not misrepresent any aspect of the Sunbit program to others.
Only one person with authority to determine whether to offer Sunbit’s services at an Eligible Merchant is eligible to receive one reward upon completion of a Demonstration.
Sunbit reserves the right to not issue your reward if you use the program in violation of any of these limitations.
How do I get my reward?
A person who meets the requirements of these Terms and Conditions from the Eligible Merchant must participate in a Demonstration with a Sunbit representative.
Upon completion of the Demonstration, Sunbit will send an email to the email address provided on the lead form requesting a shipping address to deliver the reward. The reward will be mailed by March 20, 2024. You are solely responsible for providing your correct email address, shipping address and any other required information during the rewards process. Sunbit will not be legally responsible for loss or failure of delivery of the reward Set if the incorrect email address, shipping address, and other required information was not provided. Sunbit has no further obligation once it mails the reward to the shipping address provided to Sunbit.
Sunbit reserves the right to refuse to allow any particular Eligible Merchant to participate in the Sunbit program.
What other rules or restrictions apply?
The Compartes Chocolate Bar Set February 2024 Promotion is intended to introduce Sunbit to Eligible Merchants. Misuse of the program may result in cancellation of the reward shipment.
Sunbit may, in its sole discretion, cancel, change, amend, modify, or restrict these Terms and Conditions, the promotion, or any other aspect or features of the promotion, at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason.
The reward is only available for Demonstrations attended between February 1, 2024 through March 7, 2024.
Sunbit has no affiliation, control, or relationship with Compartes other than providing rewards to Eligible Merchants at Sunbit’s expense. Sunbit shall not be liable for any action, inaction, difficulties, defect in quality, incomplete or inaccurate product descriptions, misbranding, mislabeling, adulteration or contamination of ingredients, inaccurate ingredient, allergy, “use by” or product expiration information, or any other problems encountered with Compartes. Each Eligible Merchant accepts, uses and consumes Compartes entirely at their own risk.
Sunbit reserves the right to not issue any chocolate bar reward, in its sole discretion, if fraud or a violation of applicable law is suspected, or if it is believed that a person submitted a lead form and did not meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.
THE PROMOTION AND THE CHOCOLATE BAR REWARD ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR COVENANTS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM OR ANY CHOCOLATE BAR REWARD PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUNBIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF CLAIM OR LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (I) PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE PROMOTION OR ANY CHOCOLATE BAR REWARD, EVEN IF SUNBIT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SUNBIT (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROMOTION OR ANY CHOCOLATE BAR REWARD EXCEED $50.00.
