The Role

We are looking for a world-class Strategy & Operations Associate to join our fast growing team. This is an opportunity for a collaborative, customer-centric, and data-driven individual to develop and lead operative business programs and projects. You will work with different departments across the organization to drive growth, scale, and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct business and financial analysis to evaluate performance, determine and prioritize opportunities, and drive successful execution
  • Design operating processes end-to-end, creating, optimizing, and automating workflows, identifying, and troubleshooting issues
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, tech, analytics, marketing, and legal teams, to determine requirements and priorities
  • Engage with customers, provide product insights, and resolve issues
  • Coordinate and manage projects to successful delivery, on time
  • Research and identify new opportunities to grow, expand, and improve Sunbit’s products
  • Liaise between our accounts and our teams to ensure smooth operations delivery
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of related professional experience preferably in a strategy, operations, or analytical role with execution, project management or implementation responsibilities 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience analyzing, sorting and deriving conclusions from large data sets
  • Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management
  • Ability to build and present slide decks using PowerPoint and Google slides
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and work cross-functionally
  • Solid analytical skills and preference for data when making decisions
  • Intelligent, go-getter, ambitious, self-motivated and hungry for success
  • Organized and able to manage ambiguity and complexity

How We Pay: 

  • We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership 
  • We are targeting a base salary of $100,000-110,000 for this role
  • This role will also be granted company equity via stock options
